Grubhub powers digital ordering and loyalty experiences for some of the biggest names in food — like Coolgreens, Teddy’s Bigger Burgers, Sweetgreen, and more. Their platform connects hungry customers with favorite local and national restaurants, while giving restaurants the tools to grow, retain, and delight loyal diners.


CHALLENGE We Assessed

Grubhub needed hands-on support to make sure multiple restaurant brands were consistent and strategic across campaigns, loyalty programs, and tech rollouts. Without this, messaging could feel scattered, and campaigns risked underperforming or not launching.
